Hi, I’m Steve White
I design products, shape strategy, and turn complex problems into simple experiences.

I’m a Lead / Staff Product Designer with 15+ years of experience creating customer-facing products and enterprise platforms for companies including Amazon, Lowe’s, The Home Depot, Klarna, and eBay/TCGplayer.

I do my best work in complex and ambiguous spaces. I help teams understand the problem, explore what’s possible, define a clear product direction, and turn that direction into experiences people can actually use.

My background spans product strategy, UX and interaction design, research, prototyping, enterprise systems, e-commerce, and design leadership. I’ve led future-state product vision, simplified complex operational workflows, influenced product roadmaps, facilitated workshops, and mentored designers while remaining hands-on throughout the design process.

I also use AI throughout my design workflow to explore ideas, synthesize information, accelerate prototyping, and validate concepts earlier. For me, new technology is most valuable when it helps us learn faster and make better product decisions.

Ultimately, I care about creating products that work for people and the business. Products that are easier to understand, easier to use, scalable, and capable of delivering measurable results.
